July 19, 2017

Sugar is on the list of acidic foods.    Acidic foods are on the "no no" list for psoriasis sufferers.  So when I read "Which Fruits have the most sugar" on WebMD.. I just had to pass it on.

Note:  4 grams of sugar - equals one teaspoon of sugar

I was excited to see that one Avocado has only a half a gram of sugar - Yeah!!!
