My favorite Alkaline Foods
I cleared my psoriasis by eating 80% alkaline food and 20% acidic food until my skin cleared - then I went to 60% alkaline foods and 40% acidic foods to keep my psoriasis at bay.
Take any leek and potato soup and exchange the potato for more alkaline sweet potato.. no cream or yogurt - but add lots of fresh parsley as a garnish
Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, jalapeno, curry powder, cinnamon, cumin and bay leaves and cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes more. Stir in lentils and broth and bring to a boil.
Make a delicious Alkaline snack or meal: Avocado, Chilli Peppers, Limes, Cilantro, Garlic, refried beans, corn chips, tomatoes - No cheese or dairy.
