1. Don't bath in water too hot!   

2. Add 2 tbs. of Baking Soda to alkaline the water (I purchase my Bicarbonate of Soda from a health food shop)

3. Add a few drops of your favorite bath oil (natural) I like lavender oil.

I ate 80% alkaline food and 20% acidic foods until my psoriasis cleared. Then I ate 60% alkaline food and 40% acidic food to maintain my clear skin.

Sugar is on the list of acidic foods.    Acidic foods are on the "no no" list for psoriasis sufferers.  So when I read "Which Fruits have the most sugar" on WebMD.. I just had to pass it on.
