Alkaline/Acidic Food Chart

This is the food chart I use. It is from the website https://liveenergized.com - This website has wonderful tips on following an alkaline diet. - check it out!

For healing psoriasis - I ate 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods until my skin healed. Then I switched to 60% alkaline and 40% acidic foods to maintain a clear skin.

I check my pH level on a regular basis to ensure that I am keeping 'Within the Zone" 7.3 - 7.5

ALKALINE/ACIDIC CHART

Highly Alkaline

pH 9.5 alkaline water (1/8 tsp of baking (bicarb) soda in each 8oz glass of drinking water or a squeeze of fresh lemon) I purchase my baking soda from a health food store. Drink at least 4 glasses of alkaline water a day - This alkaline water was a major key to my success!!!!

Himalayan salt (Pink – either granule or fine)

(This is a must – the only salt I now use)
