Vege everything snack
You can't go wrong with grabbing everything in your salad fridge drawer - throw on a plate, dip them in a little Himalayan salt and turn on a great movie!
Superfood greens in an egg omelette!
Choose your own favorite greens to add to your omelette: Spinach, Parsley, Silverbeet (mine), cilantro. The rule of thumb when choosing what ingredients to add to your meal, is keep with the 60/40 rule (60% alkaline / 40% acid)
The snack has:
Silverbeet - Alkaline
Parsley - Alkaline
Alkaline induced water (mixed with eggs)
Himalayan Salt - Alkaline
Rooibos Tea - Alkaline
Eggs - Acid

One of my favorite snacks and it is 100% alkaline!!! Yeah!
My ingredients: Mix together and serve!
1/2 juice lemon - Alkaline)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced (Alkaline)
big pinch pink Himalayan Salt (Alkaline)
small green pepper or chopped hot red pepper (my favorite) (Alkaline)
3 avocados (Alkaline)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro (Alkaline)
